Product Summary
The CDP65C51E2 is an asynchronous communications interface adapter. It provides an easily implemented, program controlled interface between 8-bit microprocessor based systems and serial communication data sets and modems. The CDP65C51E2 has an internal baud rate generator. This feature eliminates the need for multiple component support circuits, a crystal being the only other part required.
Parametrics
CDP65C51E2 absolute maximum ratings: (1)DC supply votlage range, VDD: -0.5 to 7V; (2)input voltage range, all inputs: -0.5 to VDD+0.5V; (3)DC input current, any one input: ±10mA; (4)power dissipation per package, PD: 500mW; (5)device dissipation per output transistor: 100mW; (6)operating temperature range, TA: -55 to 125℃; (7)storage temeprature range, Tstg: -65 to 150℃; (8)lead temperature: 265℃.
